Haley is a natural born leader, guiding our entire staff to perform at their best. Her ability to foster teamwork and cooperation is a cornerstone of our office’s success.

Haley possesses a wealth of experience, having spent 5 years in the optometry field, and 2 years dedicated to the development and management of our office. Her passion for delivering unparalleled service excellence resonates in every aspect of our practice, fostering a culture of compassion and professionalism.

When Haley isn’t working, she enjoys planning for her upcoming wedding and spending time with her fiance, Blake, and their fur baby, Dolly. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help her patients see, feel, and look their best!

Rachel Limpus

Practice Manager

Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. With 10 years of experience in the field of Optometry. She holds both her Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA) and Apprentice Optician Certification, reflecting her commitment to excellence in patient care and practice operations.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. She and her husband, Joe, love riding motorcycles together and cherishing time with their blended family.

Ashley Jermer

Optician

Ashley is an optician at Eyecare on the Square, where she is dedicated to helping patients find the perfect frame that suits both their vision needs and personal style. With a year and a half of experience in the optical field and a strong background in customer service, Ashley is committed to ensuring every patient leaves feeling confident and happy with their eyewear choice. Prior to joining the optical industry, Ashley worked as a restaurant server for 8 years, gaining valuable experience in understanding and meeting customer needs. Ashley’s goal is to provide each patient with a positive and personalized experience, ensuring they leave with eyewear that makes them look and feel great.

Destiney Hudson

Myopia Revision Coordinator

As the Myopia Control Coordinator at Eyecare On The Square, Destiney is dedicated to helping children and their families manage and control myopia to ensure long-term eye health. With a deep understanding of the latest myopia management treatments and techniques, Destiney works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and educate families about the importance of early intervention.

Destiney’s journey in healthcare began in the dynamic field of dental assisting. Leveraging her background in dental care, she brings a unique perspective to the world of eye health. As a dental assistant, she perfected her attention to detail and patient-focused approach, skills that seamlessly transition to her role as Myopia Control Coordinator.

Destiney stays up to date with the latest research and advancements in myopia control, including the use of specialized contact lenses, orthokeratology, and pharmaceutical treatments.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog Teddy and boyfriend, helping her mom take care of twins, and working her second job as a server! Rylie Helms

Optometric Technician

Rylie is a dedicated professional currently studying Radiologic Imaging Technology, with a strong passion for ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued throughout their healthcare experience. In her current role, Rylie assists patients in preparing for doctor visits, captures medical images, and gathers essential medical history. Known for her compassionate approach, Rylie creates a welcoming environment by using humor and empathy, ensuring every patient leaves feeling heard and at ease. Rylie is committed to combining technical expertise with a patient-centered approach to contribute to a positive and compassionate healthcare experience.

Candie Hill

Optician and Optometric Technician

Candie is a dedicated and eager optometric technician and optician. Passionate about providing excellent patient care, she has quickly developed skills in assisting with eye exams, fitting eyewear, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible vision solutions. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to learning, Candie is excited to continue growing in the field and expanding knowledge in vision care.

Outside of work, Candie enjoys spending time with her husband and family, going on hikes, playing board games, and trying to cook new recipes which helps maintain a well-rounded perspective and enhances the ability to connect with patients. Known for a warm and welcoming demeanor, Candie strives to make every patient’s experience as comfortable and informative as possible.
